Polished Stainless Steel Lugs

Polished Stainless Steel Fork Crown

We are one of the few companies that still make a custom steel fork.
Unlike carbon forks, our steel forks can be created with rakes up to 65 mm.
So even if you have an unusal frame size you can still get a fork that matches the fit and ride of your frame.

A perfect miter builds a better frame

All lugs are expertly silver soldered

Fillet Brazed Bottom Bracket,
The ultimate in beauty and strength

Handmade seat lug:
This lug is first tig welded to the top tube, then the weld area is fillet brazed with nickel silver for extra strength and a smooth look.
Next the lug is slipped over the seat tube and silver soldered in place. The final assembly step is silver soldering the seat stays to the top of the seat lug.

Modified, Henry James Stainless Steel Dropouts:
Trimmed down to a semi horizontal style, then fully polished
